Best AI SEO Agencies in 2026: Manually Checked and Verified (and My Personal Favorites)

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Looking for an AI SEO agency? You're not alone — there are an estimated 350,000 marketing and SEO agencies out there, and "AI SEO" is still new enough that it's hard to tell the real experts from agencies chasing a trend. Most "best agency" lists don't help, since they're usually published by one of the agencies being ranked.

So you don't need to keep looking. I made a list for you.

How I made this list

Full step-by-step is below — or just filter to dive in.

BB2B

Breaking B2B

London, United Kingdom, founded 2020 · GEO since Added as AI search grew

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named AI-search results + extensive case studies no Clutch rating found; no G2 rating found

Breaking B2B has the deepest bench of named case studies of any agency in this set — seven or more specific, named clients, each with concrete numbers: demo counts, traffic percentages, ranking positions, deals closed. Several tie directly to AI-search discovery, like prospects citing ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. Pricing is unusually public too: four tiers from $4,000 to $20,000+/month with a 90-day sprint contract. The catch: no Clutch or G2 profile exists, and its own "best agency" roundup articles rank itself first — the same self-promotional pattern this site exists to flag, and the second agency we've found doing exactly this.

5 → 32monthly demos for a named client, VerifyTreatment, citing ChatGPT and AI Overviews as discovery sources

Described

Methodology

Six documented stages from AI visibility audit to citation tracking; explicitly not a trademarked framework.

Mixed

Execution

12+ named clients with specific figures, but zero Clutch/G2 presence and a self-ranking "best agency" pattern.

DC

Directive Consulting

Irvine, founded 2014 · GEO since ~2024

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + case study ★ 4.8 (Clutch, 56 reviews)

Directive's strength is breadth and consistency — a steady 4.5-to-4.8-star Clutch record is one of the sturdiest track records we found, echoed by positive (if thinner) reviews on G2 and DesignRush, and the eSub case study is one of the only ones in this whole research project that discloses an actual retainer figure alongside its result. GEO itself is a newer, thinner part of the story here: it's one line item inside a decade-old methodology built and proven mostly around paid media and traditional SEO, so ask specifically for AI-citation evidence rather than assuming it's as mature as everything else they do.

iPR

iPullRank

Brooklyn, founded 2014 · GEO since ~2024

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + case study no Clutch rating found; no G2 rating found; no DesignRush rating found

iPullRank reads as the most technically serious operation in this group, and it's not a coincidence — founder Mike King has been publishing original research on retrieval and embeddings since before most competitors had a GEO page at all. The client roster (Target, Adidas, American Express) and the case study dollar figures back that reputation up convincingly. What it isn't is an easy on-ramp: pricing is entirely custom, and the whole practice is built for teams with real technical complexity to solve, not a quick content refresh.

MIN

Minuttia

Thessaloniki, Greece, founded 2020 · GEO since ~2024–25

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + case study Clutch, 16 reviews

Minuttia is unusually well-corroborated for a company this size — multiple independent review and comparison sites, not just Minuttia's own marketing, confirm real proprietary AI-visibility tracking tools. The Toggl case study (7M impressions, 27K clicks, 200+ conversions) is specific, and one independent no-agency-to-sell review site singled Minuttia out as unusually transparent about results. One competing AI-tracking vendor disputes the tooling claim, though that source has an obvious conflict of interest. The practical catch: pricing isn't published and takes a sales call to pin down.

NoGood

New York, founded 2016 · GEO since ~2024

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + case study Clutch, 1 review; no Other aggregators rating found

NoGood is genuinely rare in this set for having built its own measurement product — Goodie tracks citations and sentiment across four major LLMs in real time, which is more infrastructure than most agencies bother with. But the number everyone quotes about them, a 335% jump in AI-sourced traffic, comes from Goodie's own case study, not an outside source, and only one review turned up anywhere online despite a client list that includes Oura and Procter & Gamble. Ask for references before treating that number as settled.

Omniscient Digital

Austin · GEO since Built-in

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + case study Clutch, 6 reviews; no G2 rating found; no Trustpilot rating found

Omniscient's pitch is unusually specific for this space: "Surround Sound SEO" was built to make a brand visible across every high-intent answer, not just rank one, and the Gumlet case study is the clearest example we found anywhere of AI discovery actually tied to CRM-tracked revenue. The catch is that independent verification hasn't caught up to the client roster — third-party review volume stays thin across every platform we checked. Worth talking to references directly given how thin that trail is.

Onely

Austin, founded 2019 · GEO since ~2024–25

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Fortune 100 clients + Technical SEO pioneer ★ 5.0 (Clutch, 19 reviews); no G2 rating found

Onely is one of the most independently verified agencies in this entire set — 19 Clutch reviews at a perfect 5.0, a track record that predates AI search by half a decade, and a founder, Bartosz Góralewicz, whose JavaScript SEO research is credited with influencing how Google itself handles JS-rendered sites. Its GEO work extends technical SEO rather than bolting AI on top: fix crawlability and structured data first, then layer AI visibility work on. Named clients include eBay, IKEA, G2, and Realtor.com. The catch isn't evidence quality — it's fit: enterprise pricing ($10,000+/mo) built for technically complex sites, not smaller businesses.

Scalerrs

San Francisco · GEO since Built-in, recent rebrand

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + extensive case studies ★ 5.0 (Clutch, 5 reviews); no G2 rating found

Scalerrs has one of the clearest AI-search positions in this set — treating Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Reddit, Wikipedia, and YouTube as one connected surface rather than bolting AI onto classic SEO. Named case studies back it up with real numbers: Pabau's 13,179 AI citations in three months, and AutoRFP's $1.5M organic pipeline. A 5.0 rating across 5 Clutch reviews is strong, if small. The catch: nearly all the evidence is self-published, and there's no G2 profile to cross-check against.

SeoProfy

Miami, founded 2012 · GEO since 2022

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + case study Clutch, 99 reviews; no G2 rating found

SeoProfy has one of the longer, more credible AI-search track records in this set — founder Victor Karpenko says the agency has been testing AI tactics since 2022, earlier than most peers, backed by real published research on AI Overviews visibility. Named case studies hold up too, including a 209% organic traffic lift and a 10x increase in website visitors for two different clients. The thing worth flagging directly: their own blog ranks themselves among "top GEO agencies" and cites a 4.9/5 rating across 450 Clutch reviews — but the actual Clutch page shows well under 100 reviews, and G2 shows zero.

Siege Media

Austin, founded 2012 · GEO since ~2024

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + case study ★ 4.9 (Clutch, 46 reviews); ★ 5.0 (G2, 5 reviews)

Siege Media built its reputation the slow way — twelve years of content and digital PR work before GEO was a category worth naming — and that patience shows in case studies with real, large dollar figures attached to named clients. It's also the best-reviewed agency in this set by a clear margin across two separate platforms, which counts for something. The one thing worth asking about directly: clients describe monthly reporting rather than live access to the data, so if you want to watch results move in real time, that's a conversation to have upfront.

Skale

London, United Kingdom · GEO since ~2024–25

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + case study ★ 4.9 (Clutch); no G2 rating found

Skale is run by operators, not agency lifers — both co-founders built SEO in-house at Typeform and TravelPerk before starting the agency, and that shows in how tightly everything ties back to MRR instead of traffic. The deBridge case study is the most specific GEO-only result we found in this entire research project, with real citation and mention percentages attached to a named client. What's missing is the next step: none of that visibility work is yet tied to attributed revenue the way their traditional SEO case studies are.

Spicy Margarita

London, United Kingdom, founded 2024 · GEO since Core from early on

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named clients + revenue case study no Clutch rating found; no G2 rating found

Spicy Margarita is the most transparent agency in this set about things that usually need a sales call — published pricing (£4,499–£7,950+/mo), a 30-day cancellation term, an 8-person team, and a hard cap of 10 clients. The Eton Venture Services case study is genuinely specific: a named CEO, $120,000 in monthly revenue attributed to the campaign, and domain authority tracked from 0 to 51. The catch: no Clutch or G2 profile exists at all, and its one published AI-citation experiment was sponsored by a named vendor, Weglot.

Stridec

Singapore, Singapore, founded 2001 · GEO since Recent

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Named enterprise clients + AI Overview methodology ★ 4.9 (Clutch, 8 reviews); no G2 rating found

Stridec is one of the oldest agencies in this set by a wide margin — founded in 2001, more than two decades before AI Overviews existed, giving it enterprise clients (Changi Airport Group, Decathlon Singapore, SECOM Singapore) newer AI-native shops haven't had time to build. Its "Managed AI Overview Mastery" methodology is genuinely named, built around concepts like Entity Differentiation rather than generic GEO language. The standout proof: founder Alva Chew tested it on his own AI product, AeroChat, which reportedly got cited by AI Overviews, Perplexity, and ChatGPT Search within six weeks. The gap: most AI-specific evidence is self-published, and there's no G2 profile.

First Page Sage

San Francisco, founded 2009 · GEO since 2023

Full-service with AI/GEO practice
Published framework, mixed reviews ★ 2.0 (Flexable, 42 reviews)

First Page Sage has a genuine claim to being early — a published GEO framework since 2023, and a client list (Microsoft, Salesforce, US Bank) that most peers can't match. But the independent reviews we found don't back up the AI-search side of the story as cleanly as the client roster suggests: a 4 out of 10 GEO-execution score from one reviewer, and a 2.0 out of 5 rating from another, both specifically about AI-search work rather than their broader SEO reputation. Worth asking directly how they measure and report AI citations before signing a 6-to-12-month commitment.

How we verify every listing

The same five steps, every time, before a listing goes live or gets updated.

01

Collect

We gather public information for every agency we index: site, case studies, reviews, published frameworks.

02

Classify

We sort each into one of four specialization tiers based on how the agency was built and how much of its work is AI-specific.

03

Cross-check

We compare every claim against multiple independent sources — company sites, review platforms, press coverage, business databases — and flag it when sources disagree instead of picking one.

04

Label

We assign a proof tier based only on what's publicly verifiable, and say so plainly when there's nothing to confirm.

05

Re-check

We revisit listings periodically, since agencies change what they offer, publish new case studies, and earn or lose reviews over time, and we update tiers and proof rather than leaving them static.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between an AI SEO agency and a traditional SEO agency?

Traditional SEO optimizes for rankings in Google's results. AI SEO (or GEO) optimizes for whether a brand gets mentioned inside AI-generated answers on tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.

What does "GEO" mean?

Generative Engine Optimization: getting cited inside an AI-generated answer, rather than ranked in a list of links.

How do you verify the information in a listing?

We cross-check every claim against multiple public sources — the agency's own site, review platforms, press coverage, business databases — and note where sources disagree instead of picking whichever one sounds best.

Do you test agencies against ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Gemini yourselves?

We looked into this early on, but live AI queries turned out to be unreliable — answers can be shaped by the tester's own account history and aren't cleanly reproducible from one run to the next. Instead, we focus on thoroughly researching and cross-checking what's already publicly documented about each agency.

What if an agency has no case studies or reviews?

We list them anyway and label it plainly, "unverified claims only," instead of hiding the listing.

Does it matter if an agency is based in my state?

Usually not. AI search optimization is research, technical work and content — none of it needs anyone in the room, and most of the strongest agencies in this field sell nationally from a handful of metros. Our location pages exist to show that split honestly: who is actually headquartered near you, and who simply sells into your market. In most states the answer to the first question is nobody, and we say so rather than padding the page.

What's the difference between a "pure-play GEO specialist" and a "full-service agency with an AI/GEO practice"?

A pure-play specialist was built specifically for AI search, usually with no legacy SEO business. A full-service agency added GEO on top of an existing SEO practice. Both get listed — the tier badge tells you which is which.

Why are all the agencies indexed so far in one tier?

Genuine pure-play GEO specialists turned out to be rare when we researched the broader market — most well-known "AI SEO agencies" are established SEO or growth shops that added GEO on top. We'd rather launch with fewer, thoroughly researched listings than pad out the other tiers with weak profiles just to fill them.

Do you rely on just one review platform?

No — where they exist, we compile ratings across Clutch, G2, DesignRush, and other independent aggregators rather than quoting a single source. When platforms disagree, or when review volume is thin relative to an agency's size, we say so directly instead of citing whichever number looks best.

Can an agency pay to rank higher?

No. Placement is based on specialization tier and proof tier alone. Agencies can pay to claim and enrich their own profile, but that never changes where they rank.

Run an AI SEO or GEO agency?

Get listed, claim your profile, and add your own proof.

Submit your agency →
